Individual Business Negotiation Coaching

Based on The Negotiation Academy’s unique 3 dimensional negotiation capability framework, our one day business negotiation coaching session has been specifically designed to enable business professionals to optimise their negotiated outcomes.

Vision-relationship

We are able to focus on business negotiation skills in the context of selling, buying or executive negotiation decision making (mergers & acquisitions, conflict resolution etc.) within a number of major industries.

The one day business negotiation coaching option is structured as follows:

  • Pre coaching:
    • Participant completes surveys to gauge:
      • Their business negotiation preferences.
      • Their business negotiation competencies.
      • Their business negotiation behaviours.
  • Coaching session:
    • Morning:
      • Participant is debriefed in detail regarding their preferences, competencies & behaviours in the context of business negotiations. A best practice framework for business negotiation is shared with the participant to facilitate the identification of areas of strength & weakness.
    • Afternoon:
      • Participant is introduced to the ‘Negotiation Dashboard’ which is specifically designed to assist the participant in preparing for business negotiations according to leading practice.
      • Time is spent on addressing the specific negotiation issues faced by the participant. Participants are encouraged to bring their specific business negotiation challenges (even a specific & current negotiation) to the session so as to enable the consultant to assist the participant in preparing a plan of action.
  • Post coaching:
    • Participant receives a Personal Development Plan based on:
      • The results of the 3 surveys completed.
      • The observations of the consultant that delivered the coaching session.

Fee: £ 1,995.00

Fee includes the following:
  • Coaching venue
  • Surveys, all handout materials
  • Refreshments & lunch
