Business Negotiation Coaching

Based on The Negotiation Academy’s unique 3 dimensional negotiation capability framework, our follow-on business negotiation coaching session has been specifically designed to enable business professionals to maximise the return on investment from their participation in one of The Negotiation Academy’s negotiation training workshops.

Vision-relationship

The business negotiation coaching option is structured as follows:

Duration: 2 X 30 minute sessions

Session one:
- Participants are contacted telephonically by a senior consultant +- 2 weeks subsequent to their workshop attendance.
  - Participants are given an in depth, personal debriefing of their strengths & weaknesses in business negotiation based on their individual business negotiation preference profiles.
  - Participants are given an in depth, personal debriefing of their strengths & weaknesses in business negotiation based on their individual business negotiation preference profiles.
Session two:
- Participants are contacted telephonically by a senior consultant +- 3 months subsequent to their workshop attendance.
  - A review is conducted based on actions agreed during the initial coaching session.
  - Participants are encouraged to share their experience & challenges in implementing the tools provided during the training workshop.
  - Final recommendations made for further negotiation skills development.

Fee: £ 250
