Michal Zieba is a Director and Senior Consultant with Business Negotiation Solutions Limited (BNS). BNS is a specialist negotiation consulting and training organisation headquartered in London.
After completing a Masters Degree in Negotiation in 2003, Michal has been focused on building his cross-industry training and consulting expertise in the area of business negotiation. In his work with clients Michal is focused on the application of negotiation best and leading practices to assist in the creation of strategic advantage for individuals and organisations.
Michal has successfully delivered business negotiation training & consulting assignments in 23 countries on behalf of blue chip organisations such as Network Rail, GKN Driveline, DHL, Nycomed Holdings, Adidas, Masterfoods, Tom Tom and many others.
Michal has been leading the BNS’ product development in the area of corporate negotiation capabilities with a specific focus on the strategic negotiation levers present in high value & complex business negotiations.
Michal is considered an expert in both sales & purchasing negotiation and has published several white papers on cross cultural negotiation.
