Brian is a Business Negotiation Expert who regularly delivers training and consulting assignments to both Sales & Purchasing audiences in many of our key clients, including Aramco Overseas Company, Network Rail, Pfizer, and Victrex, to name just a few. He also has a background of more than 8 years of management experience in Top Tier Management Consultancy and Fortune 500 type organisations.
As a Manager, Project Manager and Consultant, Brian successfully delivered on targets across a wide range of industries on assignment for companies such as Bearingpoint, BMW, General Motors, Honeywell, Hitachi, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, EADS, Systagenix, Hospira and Worldcom. Brian has always had a keen interest in the people and change management aspects of these projects. As an experienced project manager, a significant part of his experience required management of large, disparate groups of stakeholders towards a common goal. It is this experience that has shaped his capabilities in persuasive communications and negotiation.
Brian has worked in 12 countries, and thoroughly enjoys working with other cultures. Not only has he worked throughout Europe and in America, Asia and Africa, but he has also managed multi-national, globally distributed teams working on large-scale, high value and complex projects.
Brian has always had a passion for the development of people through training and mentoring, and this has been reflected in many of the roles he's had and the teams he's managed. His experience in working on and later leading large enterprise application projects has given him a deep knowledge and understanding of business and systems process, which gives him unique insights into the practical aspects of what is required to establish an effective negotiation capability within large and complex organisations.
