What works better, a small or a large team?

Answer:

Generally speaking, the smaller the team, the quicker you are likely to complete negotiations and vice versa. In large teams it becomes very important to pay attention to team structure as your biggest problem is likely to be how you will manage the team effectively. You will not always be able to avoid having a large negotiation team and in this case it is best to try to create a management structure that allows for a small team to ‘front’ the negotiation whilst being backed up with the specialist resources required.
