The Negotiation Academy (Europe) is proud to announce the recent launch of The Negotiation Academy (Russia) in Moscow.

The company is a fully owned Russian enterprise represented in both Moscow and St. Petersburg. TNA (Russia) will be working in close cooperation with our London office to provide clients in the Russian Federation and CSI with best practice negotiation methodology and know how.

The launch of TNA (Russia) is an important step forward in our efforts to meet client’s needs for globally integrated, cross-cultural negotiation skills training and consulting services. Our vision is to offer consistent, coordinated training regardless of geographical location: to provide customers with the ability to assess, improve, and measure performance anywhere in the world.

Our award winning Power to Win More!® methodology will in future not only be available in Russian… it will be delivered by fully certified Russian consultants who live in the country and who understand the local culture. In Russia, as in other countries, the intention was not merely to translate the methodology and programs, but to truly adapt them to the local culture.

Judging from the response to the first negotiation skills workshop delivered in Moscow earlier in July, the three month process to “culturalise” the methodology was a huge success. Delegates described the workshop as “extremely helpful”; “very applicable” and as “something completely new to the Russian market”.
