East meets West: The Negotiation Academy launched in Korea!The Negotiation Academy (Europe) is pleased to announce yet another milestone in our quest to establish a global negotiation skills training capability. The launch of the Negotiation Academy (Korea) in September 2006 represents the first of our intended expansions into the Asian market. Our Korean Partner will be based in Seoul and headed by Dr Kim Sung Hyung from the University of Korea. Dr Kim is a research professor at the university and has been a senior member of the Negotiation Academy - Europe’s Consulting Board from early 2006. He holds a PhD in negotiation studies from Sheffield University in the United Kingdom. Dr Kim’s research interests include negotiation theories, conflict resolution and negotiation case studies. The Negotiation Academy (Korea) will contribute greatly to the cross-cultural nature and application of our Power to Win More! ® methodology. We congratulate Dr Kim on his efforts and wish him great success!
