Stanislav Kovalenko is the Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Negotiation Academy – Russia. He is a Senior Consultant of The Negotiation Academy – Europe, a specialist negotiation consulting and training organisation headquartered in London. TNA - Europe features a consulting board comprised of some of the most respected leaders in the realm of negotiations worldwide.
Stanislav has more than 15 years experience in sales and marketing within major international companies such as L’Oréal, Groupe Danone, SC Johnson and YSL Beauté. Considered an expert in understanding the Russian marketplace, Stanislav provides consulting, training and coaching solutions to a number of clients across a variety of industries.
His ability to speak fluent French & English enables him to offer valuable consulting contributions to those who are preparing for negotiations in the Russian Federation and former CIS states.
