Michal Zieba is a Senior Consultant of The Negotiation Academy – Europe (TNA - Europe), a specialist Management Consultancy headquartered in London. TNA - Europe features a consulting board comprised of some of the most respected leaders in the realm of negotiation worldwide. Possessing a Masters Degree in Negotiation, Michal has focused extensively on product development in the area of corporate negotiation strategies & supporting toolsets. He has been instrumental in integrating leading practice negotiation strategies & tactics with TNA-Europe’s award winning Instructor-Led training and consulting methodology. Michal has delivered business negotiation training & consulting assignments globally for organisations such as GKN Driveline, DHL, Network Rail, Nycomed, Adidas, Tom Tom and others. Dynamic and passionate about business negotiation, Michal is investing part of his energy in obtaining a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on the strategic negotiation levers present in high value & complex business negotiations. For the past 2 years Michal has been leading the research supporting the development of the Individual Business Negotiation Profile (IBNP) scheduled for release in 2008. The IBNP will measure both individual & organisational capability in three dimensions (preferences, competencies & behaviours) across the four pillars of business negotiations. Michal has published several white papers on cross cultural negotiation and is considered an expert in both sales & purchasing negotiation. |
