John Dilts

John Dilts is a co-founder of The Negotiation Academy - America, a specialist negotiation consulting and training organisation based in California. The Negotiation Academy - America features a consulting board comprised of some of the most respected leaders in the realm of negotiations. John is also a co-founder of the Dilts Strategy Group LLC, an executive training and development company. John serves as the Managing Director for the Los Angeles chapter of a large angel investor group named Keiretsu Forum which focuses on emerging growth companies. In addition, John is a principal of Dilts Ventures LLC, a California based venture capital firm focused on accelerating the growth and successful development of early-stage technology companies. John is currently CEO of Global Angels LLC, an international consulting company which facilitates global business and venture investment between China and the United States. He was recently appointed as the Dean of the School of Entrepreneurship at Jiatai University in Hangzhou, China. He is also a Managing Director of the IPF Fund LLC, a private equity venture capital fund. Previously with the corporate law firms Venture Law Group and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, he has served on the board of directors for numerous Silicon Valley technology companies addressing a variety of industries. John regularly leads training and consulting engagements globally and is considered a specialist in all areas of commercial negotiations.
